Applications are invited from regular students (Undergraduate and Graduate programs) of all disciplines of KIU Main and Sub Campuses under “China-Pakistan Friendship – Ambassadorial Merit-cum-Need Scholarship”. Complete application forms in all respects must reach the Financial AID Office KIU w.e.f 25th September to 15th October 2023.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Regular students (Under-graduate and Graduate programs) of all disciplines of KIU Main and Sub Campuses, who have completed at least one semester of studies at KIU.
2. All those KIU students who have already been nominated for any other scholarship/ financial grant/ any financial waivership WILL NOT eligible for the Ambassadorial Scholarship.
3. Students with minimum 3.0 and above CGPA are eligible to apply.
4. Those students who have a monthly income of Rs. 75000/= and above are ineligible to apply for this scholarship on need basis however, they can apply on merit basis.
5. Once shortlisted for interview, students shall produce PROOF of Active Student Status.
Note: Please specify only one option (Merit or Need) otherwise; application processing will be discretion of FAO or scholarship Committee.

Among the beneficiaries of this program, it is equally given consideration to support women education in the remotest region of Pakistan and, the grant requirement includes at least 50% scholarships are appropriated for female students in the main and sub-campuses of KIU.

- Attested Copies of Utilities Bills (Kitchen, Gas water, & Electricity, etc.) last three months
- Attested Copies of CNIC of Student and Father
- Attested Copy of Fathers’ or Guardians Last Pay Slip or Pension Book or Income Certificate issued by Class 1st Magistrate. (Not by Naib Tehsildar).
- Attested Copies of Medical Bills along with Doctor’s prescription if any.

Applications will be declared disqualified and disciplinary action will be initiated if information given found to be misleading or inaccurate and against those candidates who are involved in any sectarian/political activity within the institution.
Shortlisted candidates shall be called for interviews.
